It's been six months since the first day of my training with Calvin and sessions with him are always fun and challenging.

Apart from giving me a comprehensive and varied exercise plan on the Power Plate®, TRX®, cardiovascular fitness and weights training, Calvin also offers me nutritional advice to help me understand how fitness goals should be properly achieved. Now, not only have I successfully dropped the 5lbs FAT MASS that I first targetted, I have actually gained more lean muscles and have 13lbs FAT MASS of my body fat being reduced. This is really an amazing experience, as I have noticed myself getting back into shape and have a marked improvement in my muscle tone, especially around the waist and arms. I am ready for shorts and mini-skirts again!

The most important of all is that I have come to realize that being fit is not just a figure on the scale but the quality of our well being. Thanks Calvin for reminding me that "Rome is not built in one day". Losing weight can be a piece of cake but keeping fit persistently is really a painstaking process. Nevertheless, once you have your goal attained, every bit of pain and hard work you've paid for it is worthwhile.
