Calvin has been my trainer for over a year and it only gets better each day. I already lost quite a bit of weight because of my vegetarian diet when I started training with Calvin. My vegetarian days were short, just about four months, and I have to get back to meat eating soon after I trained with Calvin.

Despite that, I have remained fit, slim and healthy, thanks to my trainer. Unlike other trainers I have come across, Calvin is someone who really cares and has your interest at heart. Just when you started to think that the training may have gone a little repetitive, Calvin would have something totally different but equally effective for you, without you even asking. Calvin is someone who puts a lot of passion and dedication in what he does, and most important of all, very knowledgeable in his field.
